Welcome to the website of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) at The Center for American and International Law (CAIL), one of the world’s leading educational forums in the field of international arbitration.
Through its educational programs, scholarly publications and membership activities, the Institute provides advanced continuing education and networking for lawyers, judges, academics, government officials and other professionals concerned with transnational arbitration of commercial and investment disputes. With members and contributors in over 55 countries and 30 U.S. States, the ITA is led and supported by many of the world’s leading companies, academics, arbitrators and arbitration counsel.
The ITA is a division of The Center for American and International Law, a nonprofit organization which since 1947 has served lawyers and law enforcement officials from over 135 countries.
