Overview
This conference organized by the ICC International Court of Arbitration, the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) and the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB) will take place on 3 September 2019 in Medellín, Colombia. With the participation of representatives of the ICC Court and its Secretariat, representatives of ITA and ALARB, and national and international exhibitors, who will participate in the following sessions:
- Debate on arbitration laws: Monism vs Dualism
- Panel on “Arbitration in regulated sectors: energy, public services, gas and oil”
- Interview of an international arbitrator
- Mock Case on “Emergency Arbitrator”

This conference is designed for practicing lawyers, corporate advisers, arbitrators, academics and professionals who are interested and / or related to domestic and international arbitration in the Latin America.
Additionally, the Latin American Chapter of the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) will organize a conference on 4 September 2019.
