Participants may enroll in one or more individual courses presented in March and April.  The following courses are included in the Leader Development Series:

This course will introduce participants to the concept of achieving excellence in all aspects of policing, the profession, and personal growth.  Understand what mediocrity is, how it can damage the profession, and how to break the cycle.  Participants will examine mediocrity in policies, practices and performance; discuss techniques for breaking mediocrity; and examine recruiting, retention, and analyze officer performance.
