The ILT has announced that it is planning an advanced program on the America Invents Act, to be presented in April 2013 in Dallas. Conference co-chairs Marc Hubbard (Hubbard Law PLLC) and Lisa Jorgensen (ST) are planning a day and a half conference aimed at the experienced IP lawyer, to discuss the implementation of the AIA and the significance of the creation of a USPTO regional office in DFW.
