This program is funded by a grant from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Attendance is limited to Texas prosecuting attorneys and their personnel. Registration is required to attend this program, and it provides for lunch and the materials. Materials will be provided electronically and attendees will receive access details at the seminar (you will need a laptop, or another electronic device that is Wi-Fi enabled, and equipped with a PDF reader to access the materials during the seminar).
Request A Tuition Waiver: If you qualify for the $75.00 Tuition rate but are unable to pay, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to explain and request a waiver. Include the program name in the subject line.
*Tuition will be used to cover future expenses of CAIL’s Criminal Law grant programs or to provide for items the grant cannot sufficiently cover.
Confirmations will be sent to all registrants. If due, payment must accompany registration.
Registrants for conferences like to receive a registration roster with contact information for the other registrants. Your information will be included unless you indicate otherwise below.
*Voluntary payments will go directly to CAIL’s private fund account.
Written Camcellation must be received five (5) business days prior to a program to receive a refund (E-mail: email@example.com). After this date, no refunds, but substitution of attendees for this program will be permitted with prior approval. Registrants not entitled to a refund will receive the course materials. Waiver recipients must attend the program to receive the materials.
