Seminars in Executive Excellence

Overview

This seminar focuses on the central role of effective verbal interaction in leading and achieving organizational goals.

Participants will identify the necessary skills for developing excellence in work groups, learn how to facilitate employee communication satisfaction, and develop skills for facilitating organizational change through strategic communication.

Emphasis is given to action planning for the development of practical communication skills for personal and organizational change through executive leadership.

Each of these sessions is offered for TCLEOSE credit. A certificate of completion will be awarded for each session and a cumulative certificate in the Seminars in Executive Excellence will issued to those who complete the entire five week program.

The cost of enrolling for each individual one day seminar is $200.00. If you enroll for all the seminars (which includes a discounted rate for the three day annual Leadership Symposium, normally $425 ILEA Member / $475 Non-member) the cost for the total is $975.00.

Course Cancellation Policy

Occasionally, the Institute for Law Enforcement Administration (ILEA) may be forced to cancel a scheduled program. Whenever possible, the decision to cancel is made at least fourteen days prior to the start of the program, and registered participants are notified once that decision has been made. If the distance to the training site requires that you make airline and/or hotel reservations, please contact ILEA (+1.972.244.3430) to inquire about the status of any program before making travel arrangements. While paid registrations in cancelled courses will be refunded in full, ILEA will not be responsible for monetary loss due to cancellations or changes in airline or hotel reservations.
