The IEL's first conference in California today (January 23rd) was very successful, drawing attendees from all over the west coast and from as far away as Saudi Arabia. The attendees enjoyed discussions on everything from federal tax subsidies and the renewable energy industry's dependence on the federal government, through power purchase agreements, PV equipment warranties, net metering and debt financing, all the way to consumer law issues for the residential solar industry.
