Overview

On May 31, Academy participants (and any others who register for the lunch) will attend a lunch program that features a discussion with ExxonMobil General Counsel Randy Ebner and Procter & Gamble Chief Legal Officer Deborah Majoras, moderated by Tim Powers of Haynes & Boone.  Tim will pose questions to Randy and Debbie that highlight practical issues affecting international business and international law.  The lunch, which runs from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, will be held at CAIL in Plano.

We are offering a limited number of seats at a cost of  $50 per person; one hour of Texas CLE credit will be available.

MCLE Credit

The SWIICL will not be filing this course with any state or country CLE/CPD organization apart from the State Bar of Texas, and attendees must make their own enquiries with their own regulatory organization as to whether the uniform certificate of attendance provided on completion of this course will be recognized by that body for MCLE purposes.
