Luke A. Sobota (Three Crowns LLP, Washington, D.C.), with mock scenes, expert panels and a keynote by Professor Jeff Rachlinski (Cornell Law), the program will dissect the arbitral process to identify subconscious factors affecting perception and decision-making, the effect that different legal cultures have on the process and the impact of these influences upon the overall strategy of the case.
